8 Ways the New Rap Music Industry Can Still Survive

1.Become an industry based on composition. Samples are getting old and we now have more talent involved in the industry and don't need someone else's work to survive.

2. Get back to rapping about real issues. We are stuck on rapping about money, cars, jewelery, and hoes at the moment, but if we can change that we can bring back the fans we have lost.

3. Stop giving away our music. If it aint worth selling then we should not be making it.

4. Make biting a crime again. So many rappers out here bite of each other's style that its hard to tell who is rapping some times. Back in the day that got you a negative reaction from the industry.

5. Get a real hip hop T.V. channel again. BET and many other stations are all about reality shows and sitcoms now a days. We need a T.V. station that is dedicated to music once again.

6. Bring real battling back. Now a days you have so much beef in the industry because these sorry excuses for emcees can't take a shot. We need the LL Cool J and Canibus battling days back.

7. Bring back the artist producer team. The artist and the producer came up and started the company back in the day. Now a days we have some selfish producers who care nothing about artists, and labels who are 1,000 times worst than that.

8. Support independent music more. We have lost touch with the underground rap scene. We treat our independent rappers like they have the plague and are not to be touched. What we should be doing is helping every independent rap artist we can get to the top.
