This new song, I'm not a star is a pleasant listen. The production is very good. I love the pianos and bass line that it has. It is just a true accent to the song. Originality is definitely present in this track as well. You can tell the definite sit down and writing method here. Opposed to the now a days listen to the radio and emulate method, this song is something you have, but have not heard.

The sound quality on the entire song is great across the board, from the vocals to the beat. The lyrics are at times too advanced minded for todays audience (not saying they should dumb it down) but the bars could have been a little more entertaining. Words that people could understand with the same message would have been fantastic, and took this song to the next level. The vocals were on point though I can say. They were good enough to capture an audience from the radio or from the stage; and the artistic theme made it that much greater. The song was definitely creatively put together, from points like the beginnings of the hook starting three quarters into the final bar, to the fact what they are actually saying about being just regular people.

The general performance of the song is very good. Each artist did his job as far as delivering the words clearly, and concisely. Most definitely an entertaining track as well. There is a certain feeling about this song, that has to make people feel like superstars in regular clothing. It reminds me of some 90's music, but has a power to give it longevity. Overall I say this song is pretty darn good, lol... seriously half of the independent artists out there could not have done a better job. This is something I would definitely pay for, and bump it till I get tired of hearing.
